i relanched running as admin. i subscribed to a mod waited a litttle bit lanched ark. Once on ark on the main menu in the coner it said it was installing one mod. i then when into host/local. where it said waiting for steam client to start mod download. i was unable to refresh mods during this time. :( and it has stayed like this for a while This should prompt steam to download/redownload any mods you are subscribed to. This usually works for me, especially when I know an updated mod is available, since those little "mod update" tages haven't been showing up for me in over a month.
